Roof cleaning bids don't usually require someone standing in your yard first. With clear satellite imagery of your roof, Google's measuring tools, and what you tell us about the moss and the job, we can put together an accurate number without a truck driving out — it saves gas, saves time, and keeps the process quick for both of us.
There's always more to see once you're actually up on a roof, so we treat the remote number as a solid starting point, not the final word. And if you'd rather someone walk the roof with you before anything's decided, just ask — in-person estimates are available on request.

Move or cover anything you don't want wet or dusty — cars, patio furniture, shoes, floor mats, grills, ponds, and fountains.
Bring animal dishes inside and keep pets — especially dogs — inside while we're working.
Clear driveways, walkways, and other hard surfaces we'll need to work around.
If you have a bee hive on the property, please have it taken care of before we get on the roof.
Let us know ahead of time if you have gutter guards installed, or more bees around than usual — it changes the bid.
If another contractor is scheduled around the same time, let's coordinate so JNR is the only crew on the property while we work.
